2015–2018 Passion before graduation

Passion before a paycheck

Our journey didn't begin in a boardroom — it started in 2015, in my final semester, taking on elevation projects — designing the front faces of people's homes — for the love of it. I still remember the pride of earning my very first payment of ₹2,000.

While I pursued my M.Tech in Structural Engineering at SRM University, my weekends went entirely to independent design work. Divya, meanwhile, began her own path as a Junior Architect — designing schools and residences in and around Chennai.

2019 The leap of faith

The leap of faith

We were only 24. Friends and relatives laughed at the idea of starting a firm so young, insisting that skill alone isn't enough without decades of experience — one relative even turned down a project proposal outright, unwilling to trust two founders so young. Even my father advised me to find a safer job or study for government exams. In the eyes of many, leaving a stable career made me look like I was making a massive mistake.

But we kept pushing. After months of rejection, we finally landed our first full construction site — managing everything end to end as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) — in Poonamallee.

2020–2021 Breaking ground

Breaking ground & earning trust

A hard-won clinic project in Theni, secured amid intense competition, became our breakthrough. We opened a modest 10×8 office — and seeing that progress, even my father, who'd urged a safer path, began to believe in what we were building. When the lockdowns hit, we shifted our whole operation there — and began building our own home.

The Ten Square House became our ultimate portfolio piece, proving our capabilities to the world. It was even featured on the Puthiyathalaimurai Veedu television series. After that, projects began pouring in from all over Theni, and client trust grew exponentially.

2022–2023 Taking control

Taking control for quality

On design-only and PMC sites, the work wasn't fully in our hands. Contractors or masons would convince clients to take shortcuts, making it impossible to bring our exact designs to life. That compromise deeply disappointed us.

To deliver a client's true dream home, we realised we had to take projects on a full-contract basis — designing, building and finishing the home ourselves, start to finish. Insisting on that cost us leads — many clients walked away, and competitors offered cheaper rates. But we refused to compromise on quality just to convert a lead, and our persistence paid off.

2024 → Expanding horizons

Expanding horizons

Never one to settle, we knew we had to widen our footprint. Today we operate from two office setups — one in Chennai and one in Theni — successfully managing over 20 ongoing projects.

We've always believed in focusing on short-term milestones rather than getting lost in distant daydreams. By executing today's work with perfection, tomorrow takes care of itself. Our goal for the next three years is clear: to hold our standard of excellence while growing to 40+ ongoing projects in Chennai.
